Return and exchange:

  1. The client changed their mind due to unappealing color combination (within 14 days + expenses)
  2. Change in sizes (within 14 days + fees)
  3. Wrong information regarding the material used (immediate exchange or return)
  4. Difference in the material used (immediate exchange or return)
  5. Product defects (immediate exchange or return)
  6. Defects resulting from installation or delivery (immediate exchange or return)

 

Expenses required from the customer in the following cases (Costs of dismantling, installing, packing and transporting to and from the store)

  1. Furniture set: 1000 EGP
  2. Woodwork: 2000 EGP

 

Cases not covered by the guarantee

  1. The product is not stored well by the customer
  2. Wrong installation by the customer
  3. Product misuse
  4. Damage caused due to wrong cleaning of products
  5. Any damage resulting from wear and tear (except if the damage is due to poor material)

  1. Glass
  2. Last piece products with defects stated in the invoice and is sold with a special offer due to defects
  3. Living room furniture set:
    1. Furniture Chassis - 5 years
    2. Fabrics - 1 year
    3. Furniture sponge - 1 year
    4. Leather - 1 year
    5. Mechanism - 5 years
    6. Spring / Tape - 1 year
    7. Fibre - 1 year
  4. Bedrooms and Dining rooms:
    1. Wood - 3 years
    2. Hinges - 1 year
    3. Drawer slides - 1 year
    4. Soft closing mechanism - 1 year
    5. Sliding mechanism - 1 year
    6. Knobs - 1 year
    7. Paints - 3 years
    8. Upholstery, leather or fabric - 1 year
    9. Natural wood for the dining chair - 3 years
  5. Natural wood bedrooms and dining rooms: 5 years
